“There’s just something intrinsically positive about it. Getting a dose of inspiration can lift you out of a place of negativity and into one of hope.
To be inspired is to be stimulated. It pokes and prods and invigorates you into charting a course. Inspiration is energy! You can’t help but feel better about life”.

So are you ready for the 5 powerful stories designed to change the way you navigate through life from the power of inspiration. ?
Yes, well the first is about two wolves
The Two Wolves (Inspiring Short Stories about Life) courtesy of MoveMequotes.com
An old Cherokee chief sat down to teach his grandson about life.
“There’s a fight going on inside me,” he tells the young boy, “a fight between two wolves.”
“One wolf is evil. It’s full of malice, anger, greed, self-pity, and false pride. The other is good. It’s full of peace, love, joy, kindness, and humility.”
“This same fight is going on inside you and everyone else on the face of the earth.”
The grandson was quiet, pondering this revelation for a moment before asking, “Grandfather, which wolf will win?”
The old man smiled and replied, “The one you feed.”
Moral of the story:
Good and evil exist within each of us. It’s our responsibility to own that reality and do whatever we can to nurture the good.
Inspired people know instinctively how to feed their inspirational spirit – This represents the good wolf. They take pleasure in understanding their gut feelings which are based on an insatiable appetite to express their thoughts and emotions through their actions.

Just imagine if you had the ability to do this, what would change in your life?

You see, we all have that extraordinary creative ability within us that we can feed by focussing on the good wolf.
But we refuse to do so,  the good wolf goes hungry
Why?
Because our limiting beliefs and self-deprecated view of ourselves overrides our inspiration.
So what can we do to change it?
Well, the first thing is to accept that we are never going to get rid of the bad wolf. It is inherent in all of us.
The second thing to do is to do the opposite of what the bad wolf is telling you to do? I know it sounds easier said than done but it’s really like flicking a switch in your brain
How do you do this?
Well, the moment the bad wolf comes into your thought process.
Stop and pause.
You then need to reposition your mind to think the reverse of what it’s telling you to do.
To do this you need to see in your mind’s eye a vision of yourself performing the exact opposite of what your brain was initially telling you to do.
Immediately after thinking this, think of something that immediately excites you and gives you a feeling of positivity.
So how does this pan out in reality?
Well, just imagine a customer/client walked into the company where you work and accused you of being crap at your job and being completely lazy and useless.
Think about how you would normally behave in this situation.
Would you start telling them they should leave the building and accuse them of not knowing what they’re talking about?
This is a question for you.
I know that most people’s reaction would immediately become defensive and this kind of reaction is perhaps understandable.
You may even wish to challenge the person, by speaking even louder and becoming more agitated than the customer themselves.
But take a moment to find out what is really happening here.
Are you adding fuel to the flame or, are you trying to out it?
What is the bad wolf telling you to do? – get this person out of the office and out of your sight.
But instead of adding fuel to the flame pause momentarily.  if you flick that switch in your brain that tells you to do the opposite to what the bad wolf is telling you to do and immediately think of something that makes you feel good about yourself.
For example, your partner or children telling you they love you, or the best holiday you have ever had.
When this happens, your brain will react differently when you think positive thoughts. #
And you will have an inspired outcome
The cortisol decreases and the brain produces serotonin, creating a feeling of well-being. When serotonin levels are normal, one feels happy, calmer, less anxious, more focused, and more emotionally stable.
Inspired people use their creative thought process to help tell their brain to act positively in negative situations and you can do the same.
Use this technique whenever you feel angry, anxious, hurt, or disappointed. Whenever you are going through a storm in your life, you will be amazed at the power you have at your disposal.
15 Amazing Short Inspirational Stories [Motivational stories] — What’s Danny Doing? (whatsdannydoing.com)
  1. The Story of the Grateful Starfishes (This is an Inspiring Story about having the right attitude to be inspired) courtesy of Whatsdannydoing.com

One morning, an elderly man was walking along the beach when he noticed a young boy picking something off the sand and throwing it into the sea.
As he got closer, the man realized the child was throwing stranded starfishes that had washed up on the shore back into the breaking waves.
Approaching the boy, the man asked what he was doing.
“The starfish will die if they’re still on the shore when the sun rises,” he replied.
Perplexed, the old man said, “But that’s pointless! There are countless miles of beach and thousands of starfish. It doesn’t matter how many you return to the water, you can’t make a difference.”
Unfazed, the boy bent down, picked up another starfish, and tossed it into the sea.
“It matters to this one,” he said.
Moral of the story:
No matter the odds of success or the scale of the challenge, your actions can make a difference. It’s better to light a candle than curse the darkness.
Every little count. Doing something to make a positive change is always better than nothing!
You see the most inspired people understand that small things add up to greater things. They understand the big picture.
And they refuse to take the easy option like you and I.
And you like them can do the same.
How?
Well, just imagine each starfish is the good wolf
When you throw the starfish back into the sea, you are feeding your inspiration, your ability to throw away the box that confines you.
In reality, you are defeating the bad wolf. The one that says,
You can’t
You won’t
However, when you reposition yourself just like you did with the wolfs. Each starfish you throw back into the sea is saying you can
You got this
You will
You must.
Every time you are faced with adversity throw a starfish back into the sea in your mind’s eye. Because inspiration is about grasping the moment of clarity and the awareness of new possibilities.
I want to tell you another story about a clerk
Courtesy of inspirational stories. A clerk was coming out of his office, glanced at the Emperor’s palace with its shining domes, and thought: “What a shame that I wasn’t born in the royal family. Life would have been so easy then”. The clerk went in the direction of the town center, were the rhythmical banging of the hammers and loud shouts was heard.
The workers were building a new building right in the middle of the square. One of them saw the clerk with his papers and thought: “Why didn’t I go to study as my father told me. Now I would be doing easy jobs, writing texts the whole day, and life would be so easy then.”
At that time the Emperor came to the giant window in his palace and glanced into the square. He saw the workers, clerks, salesmen, buyers, children, and adults, and thought how it must be good to be in the fresh air all day, doing physical work, working for someone, or just being a street vagrant, not thinking at all about politics and other difficult questions. “What a simple life these simple people must have” – he whispered.
Inspired people remain inspired in whatever situation they find themselves
Like the workers, clerks, salesmen, buyers, children, and adults, inspired people might be living a simple life but, it does not take away from their creative inspiration.
Their ability to make something out of whatever they have at their disposal.
How can copy this idea?
Well, the value of something is whatever value you place upon it.
Like the emperor appreciate that you don’t need to have money to have value.
True value is being able to throw the starfish back into the sea and not have to worry about politics.
So be inspired not by what you hope to receive when you have health and status. Don’t be like the clerk wishing his life away to be born into royalty.
Be inspired in the knowledge that whatever you have is of value because it is what you do with it that counts.
Copy this idea and become inspired.
Story About Seeming Simplicity In Life | Inspirational Stories
4 STORY ABOUT HAPPY MARRIED LIFE – Courtesy of inspirational stories.
Two families lived nearby. One family had constant quarrels and the other one lived quietly and friendly.
One day, feeling jealous about the nice atmosphere flourished in the neighbouring family, the wife told her husband:
– Go to the neighbours and look at what they are doing for such well-being.
The husband came, hid, and started watching. He saw a woman who was wiping the floor in the room. Suddenly something distracted her, and she ran to the kitchen. At that time her husband rushed into the room. He did not notice the bucket of water and accidentally kicked it, so the water overflowed.
Then his wife came back from the kitchen she said to him:
– I’m sorry, honey, it’s my fault because I did not remove the bucket from the pass.
– No, I ‘m sorry, honey, it’s my fault, because I did not notice it.
The man returned home, where the wife asked him:
– Did you understand the reason for their well-being?
– I guess that I did. You see, we always seek to be right, while each of them takes the blame on himself.
Ask yourself, which family are you.
Are you finding it difficult to calm the storm in your life?
What is the cause of this?
WellMedalert.com helps state that statistics worldwide reveal that from 2020, 26% of Brits and 33%, of Americans reported the most stress, anxiety, and great sadness—Additionally, 26% of Canadians, 24% of French, and 23% of Australians have reported the mental health issues.
The most common symptoms of stress include irritability, frustration, and moodiness.
It is so easy to hate ourselves and pick ourselves apart, pick your love ones apart without even realizing it.
Consider what is plaguing you, and what is affecting your ability to be inspired at work at home.
What is your family life like?
Just think about it for a moment, when was the last time you felt the burning in your veins for creativity and that propels you to look forward and become inspired
I have a feeling you can’t remember the last time this happened.
But his is what makes us feel most alive.
Now think about the last time you felt irritable, frustrated, and moody
Am guessing you can remember this like it was yesterday, perhaps it was yesterday.
With that being said what I want you to do is copy this idea.
Pause for a minute
1.      Accept the fact that you are feeling down, stressed, and worried and anger.
2.      Then rationalize your thought process – would most people would feel upset in the circumstances.
3.      By doing this, you stop judging and blaming yourself.
4.      After you pause accept if you are in the wrong.
5.      Another thing inspired people to do is whenever you feel stressed use that same nervous energy to trick your brain into thinking you have already finished the disagreement or whatever is upsetting you.
6.      Imagine you are walking out the door at whatever situation that has happened to upset you.
7.      Avoid talking, just pause and breathe deeply.
8.      Then channel your remaining energy into what makes you feel most at ease, maybe its being in your garden, stroking your pet, or just returning home from work after a busy day.
Inspired people know how to use their time effectively so instead of wasting valuable time complaining they use their time to nurture themselves and others
And if you copy this idea, you’ll appreciate that “It is never too late to be what you might have been.” – George Eliot

5: THERE WAS A BOY -This story illustrates The final of 5 Things Truly Inspired People Do

I would like to introduce the third story courtesy of inspirational stories.

There was a boy, whose family was very wealthy. One day his father took him on a trip to the country, where he aimed to show his son, how poor people live. So they arrived to a farm of a very poor family, as he considered. They spent there several days. On their return, the father asked his son, did he liked the trip.

„Oh, it was great, dad” – the boy replied. „Did you notice how poor people live?” „Yeah, I did“- said the boy. The father asked his son to tell in more detail about his impressions from their trip “.

„Well, we have only one dog, and they have four of them. In our garden, there is a pool, while they have a river that has no end. We‘ve got expensive lanterns, but they have stars above their heads at night. We have the patio, and they have the whole horizon. We have only a small piece of land, while they have endless fields. We buy food, but they grow it. We have a high fence for protection of our property, and they don‘t need it, as their friends protect them.”

The father was stunned. He could not say a word.

Then the boy added: „Thank you, Dad, for letting me see how poor we are.”

Moral of the story:

This story shows that true wealth, as well as happiness, is not measured by materials things. Love, friendship, and freedom are far more valuable.

You see, truly inspired people to see as the boy in this story sees. They understand and view life very differently from most other people. They enjoy mental personal freedom to see the value in the simple everyday things we take for granted.

They don’t wait for the perfect moment; they grasp the moment and make it perfect.

How do you do this,

Well, remember what I said about feeding the good wolf and letting the bad wolf go hungry.

By feeding the good wolf you will grasp the moment and dance to your own feeling of creativity.

The boy in this story was inspired because his good wolf won.

When you’re inspired it does something to your inner being – it releases you from your own self-imposed captivity.

Inspiration in this story allowed the boy to see the reality of the true value of wealth.

Copy this idea and be inspired.

So there you have it friends 5 stories to help you become inspired.

I hope this story has helped you to appreciate what Helen Keller states

The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched – they must be felt with the heart.

Now that’s is inspiration.
