It’s important, however, to appreciate that money in and of itself cannot never make you rich. Being rich is not the amount of money you have in the bank, but the things you have that money can’t buy.  It’s the people around you that you love and care about, what value you can bring to others’ lives that makes you rich. Being rich should be about contributing to your community and creating positive and meaningful relationships with others that build truth and unity and help to make the world a better place.

I have written many articles the importance of positive relationships and the value of love and giving back to the world around you to build harmony and light. Such blogs include  “Why Is Love a Core Value”, “The Best Personal Core Value for Relationships” and “Is Your Faith A Core Value?

In fact, our ability to become rich and become successful is sometimes one and the same.

The truth is the richest people look at life from a different perspective from most other people, and this allows them to see opportunities most people would ignore.

In this article you’ll discover:

  1. How being insightful can make you rich, discover how you can become the same and the effects it will have on your life.

So, from the time they wake up in the morning, they focus on what it is they want to achieve with their day and have already worked out a system and a routine that will keep their wealth machine pumping.

Not surprising, therefore, the first personal core value that rich people have is insight. The Oxford English Dictionary states that insight is the capacity to gain an accurate and deep understanding of someone or something.

Insight involves having perception or deep awareness of someone or events. It is able to discern something and having the ability to understand often the complexity of a given situation.

Rich people have insight as one of the values because they appreciate the value of time and how it relates to the proliferation of money.

“Rich people figure out very early on what they want out of life”

Being insightful as a personal core value means the richest people start a business rather than settling for a basic paycheque. This is because they know that they are never going to be rich working for someone else. I have also thought of working for myself as a way to become rich, this is because working for yourself means investing in yourself rather than a job.

The richest people understand this and start thinking from a young age what business they can start to make themselves rich.  They also have the insight to work as a team fostering dynamic and meaningful relations with others. And, most importantly the rich tend to hang out with each other.

The American Motivational Speaker Tony Robbins said if you want to be successful, get around people who are already successful. There is no magic behind being rich, it’s just that the masses tend to opt for the easy route with a steady job with no real opportunity to find true wealth.

One of the first steps is to being rich is understanding how to ….

“Gear their mind towards the practice of believing the huge potential they have.”

This initiates your journey to achieving your own personal power. When you believe in your own potential it opens the door to endless opportunities.

These doors lead to your purpose, that special something that you can thrive at run with, and succeed at. If you’re willing to take the time to think about your fundamental beliefs, you’ll discover they often go hand in hand with your passion and purpose.

If you take successful sportspeople their personal core values often involve a positive and optimistic mindset.  The science behind their success, allows them to rewire their brains to automatically expect results. The results are linked to their purpose which is to win at what they do.

They make winning their purpose not only that they are able to overcome failure by staying positive Pele, Edson Arantes do also Nascimento a retired Brazilian footballer said

“Success isn’t determined by how many times you win, but by how you play the week after you lose.”

However, for the vast majority of us, and that may include you, we start from a standpoint of weakness because we often don’t feel we can succeed before we even start.

However, rich people see their purpose in life as working for fulfillment not simply to earn more money. They know and understand that when you’re fulfilled in what you do you put more work into doing it and becoming rich will often follow. Having a purpose is what makes you endure all the hardships and challenges that life will inevitably throw at you and keeps you on track to reach your goals.

The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.”

“Giving up on your goal because of one setback is like slashing your other three tires because you got one flat.”

The richest people understand this.

The Third Personal Core Value Of the Richest People is Movere.

‘Movere’ is a Latin word for ‘to move.’ ‘Movere’  what it takes to become motivated. And rich people use their purpose to drive their ability to take action when it matters most. With this, they don’t wait for permission they go ahead and do it anyway.

This is what sets them apart from the masses. They know that taking action is the key to surpassing failure that you inevitably have made along the way.3 Personal Core Values Richest People

If you look at the life of Steve Jobs, the magic behind Apple the technology brand, you can see that one of his key values was taking action.

Jobs’ path to success wasn’t easy, Apple started with just two people, and after growing into multiple billion-dollar companies, Jobs was fired and then rehired.

“Yes, being organized helps you become
more decisive.”

However, this didn’t stop him from accomplishing his purpose.

Jobs had personal core values that lead him to believe in his capabilities and never stopped building wealth. ‘Movere’ enabled Jobs to take action. Like him, you should appreciate the potential you have and the power within to make it happen.

So, I would like to ask you a question

Are you prepared to be dedicated to what you want to achieve?

On a scale from 1-10, 1 being not very much and 10 being whatever it takes, how much work are you willing to put in to achieve your goals?

If ‘movere’ is one of your personal core values, if your actions align with your purpose and core values you’ll discover what makes you really tick.

Having a purpose and taking action for the wealthiest people creates precision and clarity. This forms a part of their habit that leads to becoming richer.

The difference between rich people and the masses is their ability to make tough decisions when needed because they understand their purpose and so know what decisions need to be taken.

When you take action as a personal core value your brain functions at optimum capacity and you will find that you’ll automatically become more decisive.

It takes about 21 days to form a new habit this is according to Phillippa Lally; a health psychology researcher at University College London.

So you can harness your ability to take action to perform tasks, that will help you to grow richer. Do this for 21 days in a row and then sit back and look at what you have achieved.

Personal core values that create insight and purpose inevitably lead to taking action for rich people it is actually good for your brain. This is because your brain loves patterns and values organization because it works best with things it can easily recognize.

The insular cortex in the brain also becomes impaired when your brain gets confused by unusual behaviour. The insular cortex governs your emotional, cognitive senses and controls your physiological functioning.

Conclusion.

The road to gaining wealth and riches is to use your values to become insightful, have a purpose, and take action. Crucially however as I said at the start of this article it is mostly about what value you can add to the lives of others. This is the case whether it’s your business, private or social life.

True riches is therefore not how much you have in your account, but how well you are able to build meaningful and successful relationships with others. If you can do this wealth and riches will not be too far behind.
